5-step Method
1) Connect with yourself: Take a moment to slow down and meet yourself where you are. Reflect on your self-talk and what drives you to take action. Explore the reasons behind your desire to change your habits.
2) Identify your passions: Delve into what truly ignites your enthusiasm and brings a smile to your face.
3) Reflect on obstacles: Examine the factors holding you back from achieving your desires. Consider how you perceive yourself and what barriers you face.
4) Time for cleanup: Evaluate your lifestyle choices. Take note of the people around you. Assess whether your food energizes you and consider decluttering and tidying your surroundings.
5) Shift the narrative: Step out of your comfort zone and disrupt the cycle by altering your thoughts and self-talk. Reconnect with the motivation that initially propelled you to take action.
