In this session you will be guided to through an intimacy exercise and a RESET Breathwork journey to help you connect on a deeper level. Breathwork is a great way to improve your relationship without talking about it in a therapy session which can cause so much shame and pain. Also, a lot of our suffering in relationship is because of what we are thinking and believing; the assumptions we make and the separation the ego creates. Breathwork connects the mind and body which allows you to move out of ego and have a change in your perspective so that experience reality differently. It causes the resistant parts of you to go offline so you can connect with your heart and your truest self. You begin to lower your defenses with yourself and your partner, and because oxytocin is released there is a deep sense of trust that is felt afterwards. Breathwork is so great for relationships because it allows you to work on you and the relationship simultaneously in a way that doesn't feel too overwhelming.
