Functional Training with Debi

Functional training is a dynamic approach to fitness that emphasizes real-life movements to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Unlike traditional weightlifting, which often isolates muscles, functional training engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously, making it effective for enhancing performance, preventing injuries, and improving overall fitness. Examples include but are not limited to squats, lunges, push-ups, and kettlebell swings.
Throughout the session, I will educate you about the importance of balanced nutrition, the role of key nutrients in supporting overall health, and how dietary choices can impact specific health outcomes. I may also provide practical tips and strategies to help you implement and sustain healthy eating habits in your daily life.
In a single 30 minute session we will warm-up, stretch, perform 3 rounds of 5 exercises, cool down and stretch.
