On average, 50% of individuals who begin a workout program quit within the first 6 months. Reasons for this are numerous, but most report that they simply got bored or were frustrated with a lack of results. This is unfortunate and it doesn't need to happen.
The overwhelming majority of gym goers go to the gym without a plan. For those who use the gym just to get their minds off of the daily grind, or to blow off some steam that's fine. But for those who have goals of losing weight, changing their overall body composition or developing increased muscular strength, endurance or size, going to the gym without a plan is like a mountaineer heading into the unknown without a map or supplies. It just won't end in success.
This single session is geared towards the individual who is already participating in a structured workout program, either at home or at a gym, but may have questions about their programs effectiveness or is looking for ways to take it to the next level. This single session is also great for the individual who has purchased my personal training 3-session package and is looking to follow-up and/or reevaluate their customized training program or discuss their macronutrient profile.
