These days, there are so many distractions to pull us away from the task at hand. Whether it's social media, the endless to-do list, or the anxiety inherent to being a human person, it can feel like we're pulled in every direction but forward. Through mindfulness and meditation, we can begin to create space around our distractibility and fully invest in the present.
In this session we will use mindfulness techniques to notice when we are distracted, and return to the present moment. We will also use pranayama (breath management) techniques to expand our mental faculties and teach our brains to fall in love with the present moment, by way of creating space around our mental chatter.
