Working as a Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT), I witnessed patient after patient arriving with a laundry list of meds for their serious and worsening medical conditions. After being diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, they were sent home with CPAP to add to their treatment regimen with little or no discussion about long-term health and wellness strategies.
I'm a firm believer that sleep is the foundation of all health, so I applaud you for completing the sleep study and, hopefully, complying with wearing your CPAP mask. There are many more avenues we can explore in the realm of optimizing your sleep. I am happy to answer questions you have about sleep apnea, but during our coaching sessions, we will have the opportunity to pan out to give attention to other areas of your general wellness.

This wellness package consists of two 1:1, 50-minute coaching sessions per month for six months, totaling 12 sessions. While bi-weekly scheduling is recommended for optimal results, I'm flexible and will strive to accommodate your needs and preferences.
