In this course you will learn the staple movements required for an autonomous kettlebell practice. The intention is to empower fitness minded and motivated individuals so that they can execute these movements on their own without the need of a coach on an ongoing basis.
Kettlebells are ideal implements for fitness and strength as they are cheap, require very little room, are portable and incredibly versatile. They come in quite a few different weight increments allowing the user to progress their ability/strength over time in any given movement.
Required equipment is a yoga mat along with a few kettlebells. Ideally 8KG, 12KG, 16KG. Above those weights is not typically necessary for beginners but nice to have.
Each session will range from 45-60 minutes. It will include a basic warm up (with some kettlebell accessory movements) and the primary training session.
There will be adequate time for practice, analysis and Q&A.
Please feel free to message me with any questions. If you would like to meet me in person prior to signing up please contact me to book a free 15 minute meet and greet.
