This program is designed to encompass fitness and meal plans to lose weight and maintain it in the course of 16 weeks with customized macros and food set ups. We will tackle other things in life which make it harder for each individual to lose weight such as: stress management, sleep, self care, mental health, vitamins and supplements and time management skills. My program is rooted in science and integrative medicine designed to fit your life.
