Fitness Nutrition is a practice that helps optimize an athlete's performance on the field. Nutrition is an important part of many fitness regimens. Without enough carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, athletes may feel sluggish and fatigued during a workout or ravenously hungry. On top of consuming these macronutrients, it's also important to consume minerals and vitamins as well. This session will teach you how to track the calories you'll be consuming and how to determine the right time to consume these calories.
Sports nutrition products have increasingly gained popularity, mainly among athletes and individuals involved in vigorous physical activities. Lifestyle users are the largest consumers of sports nutrition products and include consumers who either casually exercise to stay fit or people who want to consume healthy food and snacks.
Some questions that we will be answering in this session are, "How much do I need to eat?" "Should I eat before a morning workout?" "Do I need supplements?" "What's the one thing I should start doing now to eat for performance?" and "Is one diet better than others?
