What to expect in a meeting: The process involves: (1) Book the free consultation (2) If we are a fit for one another, book the sixty minute session. (3) This includes a twenty to thirty minute follow-up after the session within thirty to sixty days after the session. Any other sessions needed subsequently will require booking a new session. This session will include a comprehensive detailed assessment of your symptoms from current state to future state, and the gap. This is followed by linking the qualitative data to my knowledge and insights, glossary/index database to ultimately create a regimen to follow for the next 30-90 days, depending on the severity of the symptoms and health state. This may require additional research as each regimen is tailored to meet individual needs, I will then send over the tailored regimen in a word/PDF document and wait to hear back on the progress/follow-up call between 30-60 days. Each regimen is customized and tailored, on a case-by-case basis to personally meet each client’s unique needs. For best results, a successful outcome can take a commitment of consistency, adherence, and discipline from thirty to ninety days. I will work with you until you have a satisfactory outcome. My process includes; research, analyzing, strategy/planning, and finally implementation. This may include a series of sessions including follow-ups and modifications.
