EmpowerHer is a comprehensive mobility and core training program designed specifically to address the unique needs of women. This program focuses on enhancing flexibility, stability, and core strength to support women throughout different stages of life. EmpowerHer incorporates a variety of exercises, including gentle Yoga, bodyweight movements, and targeted core workouts in different formats.
It aims to improve overall mobility, core and hip strength and preventing common issues in post-partum and ageing women such as diastasis recti, back pain and fall related injuries. By prioritizing the reactivation and strengthening of the deep core muscles, including the transverse abdominis, pelvic floor, and multifidus muscles, we aim to improve core stability and function while also alleviating back and pelvic pain that may have arisen due to weight gain. Empower her enhances the overall balance and posture which is crucial for maintaining an active and independent lifestyle as we age. Additionally, a strong core helps to improve balance and coordination, reducing the chances of falls and related injuries,
The functional exercises are designed to increase muscle endurance, enabling you to carry out daily tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying with ease. By gradually building strength, we aim to enhance your overall physical capabilities and promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
