If you need a place to start, with convenience and accountability, and you are a woman between the ages of 38-55, this program is for you. This is a self-guided program that provides you with three, 30 minute training sessions per week for 7 weeks. In each session you will have a stretching, core and total body training video, pre-recorded and led by a motivating Betsy! She will walk you through each 30 minutes and motivate you, inspire you and get you stronger and feeling healthier in the next seven weeks. Betsy is down to earth and real, you will also have two 30 minute zoom sessions with her to keep you accountable to the program.
Betsy works with perimenopausal women so she understands how this can be a very trying time. She herself has worked hard to maintain her physique while going through perimenopause at the age of 49. The workouts focus mostly on body weighted exercises, stretching, core workouts for those annoying belly bloating moments we perimenopausal women deal with.
There is also a nutrition program that goes with this. Betsy will send you a recommended nutrition plan and check in with you via email weekly to keep you motivated in addition to the two 30 minute check in sessions to hold you accountable!
