This course is designed for the athlete that wants to feel energized, mentally clear, confident, focused and injury proof. Many athletes fall short of their goals because nutrition is an afterthought and not taken seriously, or they simply don't have the educational tools to create a performance nutrition plan. With Betsy's suggestions and education, you will learn about foods that help athlete performance. She will teach you foods that promote energy, recovery, mental focus and healing.
To begin, Betsy will meet with you and look at your current nutrition plan, personal schedule and food preferences and allergies. She will work with you to create the best meal plan that fits your lifestyle. She will guide you with suggestions, education, tips and will help you implement the plan and check in on you weekly. You will also have two 60 minute calls that supplement and support the program. The initial call will go over your goals, needs, allergies, food likes and dislikes. She will then create a plan that can be tweaked and updated throughout the program. Betsy will offer support and more guidance as your experience continues and will meet with you a second time for another 60 minutes to discuss how the plan is going and how we will continue. Betsy will make sure you are satisfied with your results!
