This is a single session, focused on nutrition and/or exercise, improving healthy habits that work for you. My recommendation with behavior change is to try to book sessions weekly or bi-weekly, depending on desired outcome.
I am excited to be a part of your health journey and committed to your health journey. I want to learn about you and what makes you uniquely you, listen to your challenges and find out where you want to be. We will start with small realistic goals and an action plan. Some goals will likely change through the process, as we navigate together, to create healthy habits that fit into your lifestyle.
This is about you and I will be here to guide you, celebrate you, and motivate you. We will celebrate small successes and find ways around barriers, in a positive, nonjudgmental, empathetic, and confidential setting.
