I partner with my clients to empower and support them to achieve their personal health and wellness goals. We focus on the innate healing capacity within each person, self-care, and the interdependent roles of mind, body, and spirit.
My BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University and MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine equip me to understand health at its core, while my training in Integrative Health & Lifestyle and Integrative Health Coaching at Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Tucson has taught me to embrace and integrate the important element of the wellbeing of the whole person.
During the first session we will meet and discuss what really matters to you. The second session we will discuss your relationship to the 7 core areas of health, you will create a 3-month goal, and your first action step to achieving it. The follow-up sessions will be every 2 weeks for support and accountability, discussing lessons learned, challenges, and others. The final session will be a complete review and wrap up of the 3 months.
