The holidays are finally here and we will reward the year-long hard work that we have been immersed in. It is time to be reunited with families and friends whom we have not seen in a long while and FOOD brings us together.
In this season that is defined by mouthwatering, gratifying and flavorsome food, it may be quite tricky to balance out everything and eat your healthy meals while keeping unity at the dining table. You find it somehow mean to say "no" to the food that is obviously unhealthy for you if you are guest. and if you are the host, you crack your brain long and hard trying to figure out what and how you can prepare delicious and healthy food that will be enjoyed by everyone.
In our sessions, I will breakdown every little detail on how to keep above the holiday waves and say no to unhealthy eating.
You will explore ways of eating that will not exacerbate your ulcers, blood glucose, blood pressure, unwanted weight gain or any condition that be aggravated by unhealthy eating.
