1 Month Nutrition Counseling to Optimize your Health with Olivia

This is a perfect package for you if you are looking to optimize your health, energy, and well-being through improving your nutrition habits! Private virtual nutrition counseling so that we are able to optimize accountability, and you are able to meet wherever you are most comfortable.

Nutrition concerns may include (but are not limited to):
- Inflammation
- Pain management (nerves, joints, back...)
- Body recomposition (weight loss, muscle gain...)
- Hormone imbalances
- Digestive improvement
- Chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes...)

Your first session will be an initial 60 minute session, where we will take a deep dive into your diet habits, health history, goals, lifestyle, and more. During this session we will decide on the best plan of action moving forward. After this session you will receive a nutrition plan with protocols, goals, recipe recommendations, educational resources, and full access to ask any questions as needed.

This package includes 3 follow up sessions at about 45 minutes each, and you may book weekly or biweekly. Follow ups are crucial for checking in to see what is working, what is not working, and what to change moving forward. This is the time to ask any questions you may have, or go over any specific nutrition education.

With my professional guidance as a Registered Dietitian, you will be given the tools to make sustainable, educated decisions and changes moving forward, along with lasting improvements to your health!
