Nutrition concerns may include (but are not limited to):

Your first session will be an initial 60 minute session, where we will take a deep dive into your diet habits, health history, goals, lifestyle, and more. During this session we will decide on the best plan of action moving forward. After this session you will receive a nutrition plan with protocols, goals, recipe recommendations, educational resources, and full access to ask any questions as needed.
This package includes 3 follow up sessions at about 45 minutes each, and you may book weekly or biweekly. Follow ups are crucial for checking in to see what is working, what is not working, and what to change moving forward. This is the time to ask any questions you may have, or go over any specific nutrition education.
