I am a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Health Education Specials, with MPH. I have experience over the last few years with lifestyle chronic disease prevention, reversal, and maintenance, as part of an integrated health team. Weight loss often is part of these journeys. Health coaching does not replace medical care, instead this coaching is intended to work with you and your doctor. I have seen great results with this process. It can absolutely work, if you are ready for change and ready to start your health journey.

I encourage you to focus on your health and healthy habits, as we go through this journey. If we successfully create healthy lifestyle habits, the weight will naturally follow. We will address barriers and find ways to change unhealthy habits. This is often a process of discovery to find what works and what does not work for you, in your lifestyle. My recommendation with behavior change is to try to book sessions weekly or bi-weekly.
It's important to focus on lifestyle habits because this is the only way to find sustainable goals and success. This is not a quick diet. This is meant to help you tailor your habits, so that you can sustain a healthier weight and lifestyle.
