This is a single session, focused on weight loss, looking at whole person care. I have absolutely seen this process work for weight loss. Weight loss encompasses more than just the food we eat. Exercise, social health, history, and stress are often factors that contribute to weight gain.
I encourage you to focus on your health and healthy habits as a whole person as we go through this journey. If we successfully create healthy lifestyle habits, the weight will naturally follow. We need to look at barriers and find ways to change unhealthy habits. This is often a process of discovery to find what works and what does not work for you, in your lifestyle. My recommendation with behavior change is to try to book sessions weekly or bi-weekly.
It's important to focus on lifestyle habits because this is the only way to find sustainable goals and success. This is not a quick diet. This is meant to help you tailor your habits, so that you are able to sustain a healthier weight and lifestyle. It is not an overnight fix, but if you are ready, I am ready to help you and guide you towards healthy change, so that the diets can be a thing of the past.
