This package is intended to supplement the initial Lifestyle Chronic Illness, Whole Person Care, session, at a discounted package rate. This is for 7 sessions, 30 minutes, to be used within the first 2-3 months after initial session.My recommendation with behavior change is to book sessions weekly or bi-weekly, depending on desired outcome. Weekly session in the first month is important if that is possible. This is when goals tend to be changed according to needs and barriers. By month two, bi-weekly may be OK. The clients who I have worked with weekly tend to have the greatest results, but that is completely up to you. Everyone is different so there is no one size fits all. As with anything, the more you put into it, the greater your results can be.
My motto is to focus on health and the weight will follow. Often with lifestyle chronic illness, there are many areas that need to be addressed. We will look at specific lifestyle choices and tailor goals and health habits accordingly, but also equip you with the tools to make sustainable change. We will celebrate small successes and find ways around barriers, in a positive, nonjudgmental, empathetic, and confidential setting. Sessions can be remote, via digital platform or telephonic, whichever preference you have.
