This is a single session, focused on whole person care and lifestyle chronic illnesses. My recommendation with behavior change is to book sessions weekly or bi-weekly, depending on desired outcome. As with any process, the more you put in, the greater results you will see.

I want to learn about you and what makes you uniquely you, listen to your challenges and find out where you want to be. We will start with small realistic goals and an action plan. Some goals will likely change through the process, as we navigate together, to create healthy habits that fit into your lifestyle.
This is about you and I will be here to guide you, celebrate you, and motivate you. This is a very personalized process and I am with you, each step of the way, to support and encourage you. We will celebrate small successes and find ways around barriers, in a positive, nonjudgmental, empathetic, and confidential setting. Sessions can be remote, via digital platform or telephonic, whichever preference you have.
