This is a 10-week discounted rate package. I have seen amazing results within this time frame. I know this can work when you are ready. I am excited to be a part of your health journey and committed to your health journey. I will go the extra mile to help with your quality of health and create healthy habits, for sustainable change. Focus on these session is nutrition based, but with a whole person focus, I am happy to help you in the other areas, that may be influencing nutritional choices.

We will start with assessment tools and 1 hour introductory session. This is the discovery session. I want to learn about you and what makes you uniquely you, listen to your challenges and find out where you want to be. We will start with small realistic goals and an action plan. Some goals will likely change through the process, as we navigate together, to create healthy habits that fit into your lifestyle. As with all things, the more you put into this process, the more you will get out.

This is about you and I will be here to guide you, celebrate you, and motivate you. This is a very personalized process and I am with you, each step of the way, to support and encourage you. We will celebrate small successes and find ways around barriers, in a positive, nonjudgmental, empathetic, and confidential setting.

The package includes 8 sessions, plus 2 email check-ins over a 10-week period.
Weeks 1-4 include: 4 sessions, Introduction session (1 hr) plus 3 weekly 50 minute sessions. Weeks 5 and 6: will be check in/ accountability sessions via email exchange. Weeks 7-10: will be 4 weekly sessions, 50 minutes in length. Sessions can be remote, via digital platform or telephonic, whichever preference you have.

Ultimately, this is about you, so we will find times that work for you and that you feel will help you the most. I am flexible. If there is a week, that doesn't work, we can tailor package specific to your needs and availability.
