In the Beginner's Package, you will get a taste of what health coaching looks like. It will include 3 sessions, once every 2 weeks. We will discuss your goals for the journey, what you want to accomplish, your struggles, and your successes.
I will give you recommendations and "homework" after each session to help you reach your goals and accomplishments. You will overcome your struggles by talking thru them and coming to epiphanies (trust me this happens a lot!).
Each session will be 50 minutes virtually on the same day every other week. We do them every 2 weeks because life gets busy and 1 week for implementation, I find is not enough. I want you to build habits that you will hold for a lifetime, and that takes time.
You will make connections like you never have before which will open your eyes to new possibilities. This is a great investment for your well being. You deserve to be taken care of!
