One on one sessions might include:
- meditation practice including RAIN
- instruction and guidance for beginning and establishing a meditation practice
- compassionate listening and support
As a teacher, I understand that one size does not fit all. It is important to me that we uncover what it is you most need and we work together towards that intention.
When we explore mindfulness and meditation, we are really uncovering parts of ourselves. We gently learn ways to get to know who we are without judgment. Once we get to know ourselves a little better, we start to be comfortable with discomfort.
My simple goal is to support you along this journey of self-compassion. If you are new to meditation, I will offer practices that will help you get started. I will listen openly and compassionately, and I will support you at every step.
If you have been practicing for some time or you would like to reestablish your practice, I will support you through what is arising during your practice. Sometimes we feel stuck, and it is extremely beneficial to work with someone to widen our perception and help us in practical ways. We are not alone!
