As a former conflict averse person, I know first hand how to bury or rationalize away my concerns with family, friends, and intimate partners to avoid hard conversations. It takes practice and intentional thought to execute hard conversations. In these sessions, we go through a step-by-step process for how to have hard conversations. Here is the general outline:

We will go through 4 steps to plan the conversation:

We rehearse the conversation in various modalities
We reconnect after the conversation to debrief, reflect, and plan next steps.

What to expect in a meeting: Each session will begin with a way for us to connect. This will vary depending on the type of life coaching you are looking for and what the previous session entailed. After our connector, we get into the focus and content you wish to work through. This is the bulk of our meeting time. At the end of each session, I will take a few minutes to review what was covered and allow you to set a next step if applicable. We set up the date and time for our next meeting and off you go!
