Our precious bodies go through so much in our day-to-day lives! They communicate with us when something has gone off balance, whether it be through chronic pain or illness. Most, if not all the times, this can be a life changing adjustment to our being able to physically function in life.
You could be looking for more attunement to what your body is saying. Or you're looking to offer more tender loving care and gratitude to your body for all the wonders it brings to your life. In whatever way this looks like for you, bringing much needed intention and love to all these parts can have a profound relieving effect on the relationship we have with our bodies.
Let us bring nurturing attention and healing compassion to our physical vessels.

For our session:
In the beginning, we’ll have a mini check-in to see how you’re doing in the moment, speak to the chronic pain or physical ailment you’re experiencing at this time, and review your comfort level with sitting tolerance, movement, etc. in meditations.
For our meditation, we will start with a breathing and grounding exercise. I will then intuitively lead you in a guided body scan meditation, which will help in our lovingly bringing attention and ease to your experience.
As an option to you and following our meditation, I will randomly pull an oracle or tarot card and speak to the insights that emerge, which serves as a means to your self-reflection. The intuitive messages are offered as a takeaway resource of introspection for you after our session ends.
