These meditation sessions are geared towards fostering a sense of universiality, and working on a problem we are all facing: lack of self love. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey, and a National Certified Counselor. I attained my Masters in The College of New Jersey, where I was able to foster a love for mindfulness meditation that I used with my clients dailty. Mindfulness is a key aspect to overall better mental health.
