Meditation is an essential practice that brings deep self-awareness through focus and intention. It is a means to understanding the on-going relationship that we have with ourselves and our environment. As we do various exercises to strengthen our physical bodies over time, meditation is a training for us to develop our mind and muscles of self-awareness and consciousness to our lived experiences. What meditation can also illuminate is that every aspect of ourselves, from our thoughts to our emotions, are all made of energy and frequency. It is our choice on how positively or negatively we choose to function vibrationally, at any given moment.
In addition to guided meditation, I’ve come to discover that drawing an oracle or tarot card can enhance the experience and messages that need to come forth in the meditative space. The symbols and imagery of the cards is an ancient story and wisdom that is innate within all of us. We experience a translation of these archetypes in our daily experiences. Much like the varying experiences encountered in life itself, it all depends on what you do and how you respond when you are drawn any card or experience. It all comes back to the power of choice.

For Our Session:
- In the beginning, we’ll have a mini check-in to see how you’re doing in the moment and reviewing your experience with meditation.
- We will start with a grounding exercise and I will then intuitively and organically lead you in a guided meditation.
- Following our meditation, I will randomly pull an oracle or tarot card that serves as a means to your self-reflection. The intuitive messages are offered as a takeaway resource of introspection when our session ends.
