Microdosing for Depression with Rose

This session will be a deep dive into psilocybin therapy and microdosing. We will discuss how to mildly use this sacred medicine with the intent of treating depression and trauma. We will discuss dosing guidelines catered to the individual, as well as how to prepare oneself for the microdosing experience. Variables such as safe sourcing of this medicine, medicine preparation and lifestyle choices one can make to augment their microdosing experience will also be explored.

As psychedelic therapy becomes more mainstream, it is important that we approach these medicines not only by their scientific considerations; but also with respect to how this medicine has been used as an entheogen by indigenous groups for thousands of years.

All participants will leave with a psilocybin tea recipe.
