The relationship we have with ourselves is the most important connection we can cultivate. When we lean into this self-love of all our different parts and experiences, we transform into a different state of being. Ultimately, it also brings a shift into the relationships we have with others in our lives. Meditation is an essential practice that can bring deep self-awareness through focus, intention, and “being” with all of ourselves. It gives rise to understanding the on-going relationship that we have with ourselves and our environment.
What meditation can also illuminate is that every aspect of ourselves, from our thoughts to our emotions, are all made of energy and frequency. It is our choice on how positively or negatively we choose to function vibrationally, at any given moment. It all comes back to the power of choice. For our session:
In the beginning, we’ll have a mini check-in to see how you’re doing in the moment and review your experience with meditations.
For our meditation, we will start with a breathing and grounding exercise. I will then intuitively lead you in a guided meditation.
As an option to you and following our meditation, I will randomly pull an oracle or tarot card and speak to the insights that emerge, which serves as a means to your self-reflection. The intuitive messages are offered as a takeaway resource of introspection for you after our session ends.
