During our 30-minute sessions, we will guide you through a series of breathwork techniques that have been practiced for centuries to promote relaxation and reduce stress. This session is divided into two parts. The first 15 minutes focused on breath meditation, and in the second part, we will work on other mindfulness practices and debriefing.
