Intuitive Eating is a “self-care eating framework” created by two dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, and is a practice to help undo a lifetime of “dieting” through ten principles. These ten principles take you through how your relationship with eating and food. Over 100 studies show how effective the program is in establishing a healthier relationship with food and in turn improved health.
My goal for clients is that by the end of the 12 weeks they have experienced noticeable improvements in their relationship with food and put into practice each of the steps for IE.
