During this 60-minute session, we will discuss each phase of the menstrual cycle - follicular, ovulation, and luteal - and what is happening during those times. There is a reason why we may feel on top of the world one day and can barely get ourselves out of bed the next: fluctuating hormones! Understanding and supporting the fluctuations of estrogen and progesterone, in particular, are key for optimizing your menstrual cycle and your overall health. We’ll talk about how to utilize nutrition, hydration, self-care, and rest during each phase in order to help you feel your best.
