Sustainable Nutrition

I, like many other people, have had a challenging relationship with food. I’ve also had anxiety, chronic GI issues, migraines, and skin issues that I can now relate back to diet, imbalanced hormones, and inadequate stress responses. However, it wasn’t until I experienced a random accident to one of my shoulders that I really began to understand the mind-body, we-are-what-we-eat, holistic approach to healing and well-being.

As a Certified Health Coach I use a client-centered, holistic approach that works from the inside out to uncover the root cause of a symptom and help lead you to optimum health.

I am currently studying to become a Master Nutrition Therapist through Nutrition Therapy Institute and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition.
