*One 1-hour long intro zoom session where we talk about your health history/ struggles, goals, and how we plan to execute them. We will talk about how we plan to track progress weekly and what works best for you.
*6 thirty minute zoom sessions (1 at the end of each week, checking in, and tips/tricks to keep going)
*One 1-hour long exit zoom where we continue to talk about making this a lifestyle while continuing to conquer your goals!
-8 meal plans completely custom to you and your needs (including lifestyle, medical issues etc.) (4 up front then 4 more midway)
-8 workout plans (can be home/ or gym workouts completely customized to you, considering any injuries or hinderances.)
-Supplement, Macros, nutrition swapping guides, and nutrition and traveling guides.
