Your meditation guide and coach, Carrie, is an ICF certified professional coach, a graduate of Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence Based Coaching Program, and a founder of Journey Through Coaching. She is also a mindfulness meditation teacher, certified under Jack Kornfied and Tara Brach’s two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Program, and brings mindfulness to every aspect of her professional and personal life. With over 30 years of experience teaching public education in the US, Turkey, and Nepal, she is a seasoned facilitator whose classes are taught with cultural sensitivity and in a way that centers body, heart, mind, and community.
