Our thoughts and emotional state can impact our physical system through tension and imbalances. Connecting to nature is one of the pillars of our vital health.
During this session, you will learn about how plants are our allies and how their individual spirits are our teachers with their own unique wisdom and valuable lessons that can help us learn, grow, and heal. Today’s modern world can distance us from the natural world and plants and this session will close that gap, and offer insight.
