Over Video call -On the average session, the 1st part will be recapping your week, what went well, and what went not so great.
After that we talk about stress reduction methods you have tried and what has worked in the past. lastly we put together a visual plan to assist you threw the week and plan for a follow-up to go over all the amazing progress you have made.
