Our initial session will cover your current health and habits , so that I have a good understanding of where we should start and what your personal goals are. We'll talk about some strategies to determine what barriers you might have and what actions we can implement to help you get closer to your goal.
During the second session, we will personalize your plan and turn those strategies from session 1 into new foods and habits. I will check in with you on your actionable tasks and monitor progress. Depending on your food habits and new food choices, we will ensure that you are meeting all appropriate macros and complete nutrients.
If you would like to include follow up sessions, I will help to keep you accountable toward the goals we've established together and adjust with you as needed.
