Through 6 sessions, we will work together to identify areas that may be holding you back, dig deeper into your health, and work towards finding healthy habits that are specific to your health, lifestyle, and needs. As a health coach, I follow a principle that each individual is their own unique bio-individual that can be impacted by multiple varying factors. Rather than trying to implement solutions or habits that have worked for others, I will support you on your journey to finding your version of health that is unique to you.
