This 3-month, one-on-one program includes 12 coaching sessions. These sessions are composed of the steps we’ll take together, while exploring the pathways to help you realize your life’s passions and interests over the coming years.
Throughout this entire experience we’ll work collaboratively, to discover, map and implement a plan that works well for you. Intake Assessment & Visioning: This considers your aspirations, personal values and strengths, wellness-state, and vision for your future. This process will encompass 2-3 sessions depending on what we uncover.
Discovering Your Movement: Part of having a positive experience during a life transition is staying grounded, being present and living well. Through a lens of eastern philosophy and Chinese medicine I’ll help you develop a personal cultivation practice that supports your journey. This could include meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, yoga, or another pursuit that you find supportive.
SMART Goal Setting: At this stage we’ve identified key points regarding ideas about “where you want to be”. Now it’s time to lay out the formula for getting you there. We’ll document goals that lean on an evidenced-based technique: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound goals.
Cultivating Accountability: Let’s look at family and friends in your orbit who can be a positive sounding board for your life. We’ll be intentional with choice and check-in, finding those who can help support your pursuits and share honestly when you need to check-in.
A Map for Growth & Well-being: As we pack your backpack with the tools to support your journey, we’ll also cultivate your story. A well-developed story becomes a map for efforts and bumps along the way. It can act as a guide for keeping you on your path.
Exploring Your Connection with the Natural World: Our time on this earth is about working in concert. We are organisms working and moving through life, much like those around us—animals, trees, insects, plants, so on. Exploring nature and understanding what the seasons bring provides us with an understanding of how-to live-in harmony.
As a Certified Life Coach (CLC) I use my training, years of successful business experience, understanding of eastern philosophy and master’s degree in Chinese Medicine to inform our work together broadly and openly. I employ Positive Psychology Coaching and mindfulness techniques to support you as we collaborate on the development of your growth map.
