One of the main reasons people fail to get results with any diet or nutrition program is not addressing the cause of their health issues. Proper nutrition along with supplementation is one the best ways to achieve and maintain optimum health but each person requires a different approach to get there. I'm here to find out what your specific health goals are and work with your medical history to give you the guidance to reach them. I help athletes striving for peak performance as well as others trying to lose weight, gain more energy and to look and feel their best.
Your first session will include a health assessment to review your medical history and find out your desired goals. After that I will email you a questionnaire to fill out with specific questions relating to each system of your body. Along with that, a seven-day wellness log will be provided to record everything that you eat for a week along with any supplements you take and exercise/activities. I will also need a copy of your most recent bloodwork results to review. All of this will help me tailor specific recommendations for your individual needs and goals. If you haven’t had recent blood work within the last year, I can write you a script to have it done at your local lab. (thyroid panel, CBC, metabolic panel, and complete lipid panel)
Once all the above is completed and sent to me for review your next session will be to review your results with you and go over recommendations that support your findings. Recommendations will include proper nutrition, supplementation, exercise and lifestyle management. Accountability is very important for follow through and results so follow up sessions are recommended. The third session in the program is to re-assess, answer any questions and to help you stay on track for continued success!
