Endurance running training plans with Bailey

Wanting to improve your endurance and speed with running and don't know where to start? Whether you are just wanting to improve your running technique or training for a race. I am here to help! Running can be intimidating and there are so many resources saying different things about what to do. Together we will plan out your schedule and personalize your training plan to meet your goal!
This plan will lessen the chance of burnout and injury as we discuss mileage, stretches, strength training, and recovery. We will be meeting at the beginning of each week to personalize each day for the following week. We will also discuss nutrition and meal planning strategies in preparation for the upcoming event.
I have been running since high school and continue to compete in marathons, triathlons, and I am now training for an ultramarathon this year. I have learned from many mistakes through injuries and want to help prevent you from making the same mistakes. I have been a health coach for 2 years and love sharing my passion by encouraging others to reach their goals. I am ISSA certified for personal training, and have a certification in nutrition as well. I have experience helping diabetics improve their health, mobility, and activity level.
