I’ll be the first to admit that the fridge, freezer, and pantry can easily fill up with junk, get disorganized, and be a MESS! And when our kitchens are a mess, our eating habits - and therefore our health - suffer.
But cleaning out the kitchen is a BIG task, and many people don’t know where to start, or how to set up their kitchen for the most success on their health journey.
This is where I come in!
As I’ve done with countless clients before, I can virtually guide you through the process of cleaning out your kitchen, including the fridge, freezer, pantry, and any cluttered drawers or cupboards.
I’ll help you figure out what items will support you during your health journey (or not), what to keep or get rid of, and how to put it all back in a way that feels intuitive and user-friendly.
The goal with this session is to organize your kitchen so that you actually want to spend time there and prepare your own food! We’re going to clear the clutter and junk from your kitchen so you can focus on putting together delicious and nutritious meals that you can be proud of and enjoy making!
You just need to have access to Zoom on a device that can be in the kitchen with you during our session :)
