Stress is STRESSFUL!
Managing everything that life hands us proves to be difficult sometimes. All of us have had periods of time during which we’ve needed a little help, a little relief, a little extra direction or encouragement. As a former teacher, mother, wife, life & health coach, minister, and HUMAN BEING, I’m well-versed in stress! I’m also well-versed in many tools that can help to manage and/or alleviate some of life’s largest stressors and can provide you with anything from time management help to emotional support in order to bring the stress level down several notches. Sometimes, it just takes an outside set of eyes or ears to decipher what’s really going on and a little expertise to help out.
