Once baby arrives, it is easy to neglect yourself. It can be helpful to remember that nutrition now is just as important as it was during pregnancy. As your body recovers and heals it needs to be fed vital nutrients. Your body will prioritize these nutrients to not only allow yourself to heal from growing and delivering a brand new human, but to also produce your baby's nourishment through breastmilk.
