With each bi-weekly session, we will spend time setting goals. We will focus on your challenges and how to get you to the next level with your goals. With each goal, we will create small habits that will become part of your everyday life and that you will find sustainable after the program is completed. I will be with you 24/7 via text to hold you accountable and advise you on how to handle your greatest fears and challenges surrounding your health journey.
