In these sessions, you will be able to identify ways that you can improve your sleep patterns if you are suffering from sleep deprivation.
Group settings are therapeutic in that experiences are shared which can be encouraging to the participants. If your experiencing sleep deprivation as a result of stressful work, bereavement, homelessness, lack of employment, or relationship breakdown, I just want to let you know that you are in right place, sharing your struggles is the number one step in defeating your problems.
