Children and food sometimes just do not have a very good friendship, understandably so. Whereas it is understood that they can be picky eaters, it can also prove a challenging task to ensure that your child gets all the necessary nutrition that they need in order to grow and develop correctly.
This is a child-friendly place which comes from my experience of working with able-bodied and disabled children. If your child is a fussy eater or you have come to the end of ideas of what to do in order to get them to consume healthier options, these 1:1 sessions will look at what you have tried, where you failed, and provide you with new approaches you can implement to boost your child's diet morale, and generally address your concerns. It is imperative children in today's society learn or a given the right knowledge on what is best for them, it is a journey worth taking.
"Train up a child in a way that he/she should go and he/she is old, he/she will not depart from it"
Proverbs 22:6 is a universal application. It is valuable wisdom that can help cut down on the rate of diabetes, obesity, and heart disease that is drastically impacting life expectancy today and for generations to come.
Weekly assessments are available and more should you need them as we work together to improve your child's attitude toward food.
