It is very possible to age well and this comes from maintaining a good healthy diet, spiritual health, a good network of supportive family and friends, positive mental health, and making sure that the environment does not pose a negative impact on health.
In these group sessions, you will be provided with tools that you can apply and increase your chances of aging well. Of course, it is your choice on how much work you choose to put in, the therapist is only there to show you how and you can leave empowered to effect the necessary changes that you need.
Weekly 1:1 or group assessments, which you prefer, are available to support you track your progress.
